# HR List Structure Template This template helps us align your organizational structure with Milestone’s engineering analytics.\ Please download the file, fill in the fields for each developer (typically provided by your HR team), and share the completed version with your Milestone onboarding contact. ### **What’s in the template** A single tab including the following fields: * **Developer Name** – Full name * **Developer Email** – Work email * **Team Name** – Developer’s team * **Group Name** – Higher-level unit * **Site Name** – Location or organizational site (optional) * **Git Username (Optional)** ### **How to fill it** * Add **one row per developer** * Use **consistent naming** for teams, groups, and sites * Leave optional fields blank if unknown * No strict format required — use your organization’s standard terminology ### **After completion** Send the completed file to your Milestone onboarding contact.\ We’ll integrate it with your Git, Jira, and GenAI data to generate an accurate view of your engineering organization. ### **Download** {% file src="" %}
