# Roles

Milestone supports flexible user access levels:

* **Admin** — Manage integrations, roles, and configs
* **Team Lead** **(TL)** — Can view and customize dashboards only for their team(s) and the developers they directly manage.
* **Group Manager (GRM/GM)** — Can view and customize dashboards only for the teams and developers within the group(s) they manage.
* **User** — View and customize dashboards
* **Viewer** — Shareable view-only mode (doesn’t count as a seat)
