Roles

Milestone supports flexible user access levels:

• Admin — Manage integrations, roles, and configs

• Team Lead (TL) — Can view and customize dashboards only for their team(s) and the developers they directly manage.

• Group Manager (GRM/GM) — Can view and customize dashboards only for the teams and developers within the group(s) they manage.

• User — View and customize dashboards

• Viewer — Shareable view-only mode (doesn’t count as a seat)
